Let me tell you what it means to have an Ultra Lift elevating tub in my grooming salon…..A GOD SEND.
NO MORE DOGGIE STEP LADDER OR PICKING UP LARGE BREEDS! This tub is very accommodating for me as the groomer and the dogs, big and small.

What I really love about my 3-Side Splash elevating tub is the false floor, which elevates the animals a bit off the bottom, very sturdy and you can literally finish a dog inside the tub if you want. Also for multiple groomers small and tall, not a problem on height--just step on the pedal to go up or down to your level. Very smooth running

This tub works for YOU! I couldn’t imagine not having it in my salon. I also love my BIG DOG grooming table, 2 words (reliable & sturdy) no matter what size dog is being groomed.

It was great talking to you the other day. I wanted to share my experiences over the past year regarding your equipment.
I learned about your grooming table thru the Wag N Tails mobile grooming systems. They had nothing but praise regarding the quality, stability and service from your company. As you know I have used multiple tables in my training program as well as other facilities during my externship.
The biggest problem I found was lack of stability and wobbling while a pet was on the table. The units were not mobile, they didn't go down low enough thus forcing me lift the dog up and they didn't go high enough in turn making me lean over all the time. I am 6' 2" tall so I need a table that fits me and my needs.

Last March 2008 I purchased your Lil Pup grooming table with the 24' X 42" top with the Telescoping Grooming Arm. In addition I ordered the set of 4 locking wheel casters, extra foot pedal, rotating table top option and the GFI 15 amp Outlet.

The table is truly a work of engineering excellence and design. The casters allow me to use the table for multiple locations and functions. I am able to position the table any where in my facility. You may wonder why would I want to move it.

If I have a dog that will not walk up the stair steps into the Ultra-Lift Tub the Lil Pup Grooming Table can be easily rolled to the tub site where it is lowered and the dog can step onto the table top. Because the grooming table has foot pedals on both sides I simply elevate the table to the tub entrance and the dog walks in with no difficulty. I no longer have to lift a dog into the tub which saves my back. When the bath is completed I simply move the table back up to the tub entrance, the dog walks back onto the table top and I am ready to groom the dog.

The up and down motion of the motorized table is very smooth-there is no jerking motion. The casters give the table an additional 2" in height which I need and they allow me to move the table so cleaning the area is a snap. The table does not wobble even if I have a large heavy dog such as a St. Bernard. The rotating table top allows me to stay in one position as I work around the dog and I have plenty of elevation at 44" when needed.

The Adjustable Grooming Arm has 4 connection sites and is made of a heavy gauge tubing for stability and control of the animal. In my opinion, your table is the best in class and I am very pleased with its performance. Your service and true concern for customer satisfaction has been impeccable.

Finally, I looked at every bathing tub on the market and decided to purchase your system based on the quality experience with your grooming table. The tub is really nice, very stable and customized to my specifications.

The fact that you listened to my needs and not what you have to sell was a key factor in my decision process.
Again, you created a tub that fits my height so there is no leaning over when the animal is in position. If I have a small animal the booster top elevates the pet to a position that is comfortable to me and the pet does not slip or slide around due to the special pad you provided.

The tub is firm and stable and there is no flexing of the floor when the animal is inside. The elevated grates keep the pet's feet out of the water so no residue is left on the paws when rinsing. There are numerous lead placement hooks to fit all sizes of animals.
The fiberglass, which is white in color provides great reflective lighting from my overhead lights versus the dull grey stainless steel of other units on the market.
One of the unique design features based on my preference was to have my hose connections outside of the tub versus inside. This eliminates the animal from getting all tangled up in hoses and taking up valuable space inside the tub area. The slide up and out door panel is extremely convenient and is really nice when drying the animal because the space is lower that the front of the tub and allows me to easily get underneath the pet. I like the fine wire mesh drain catch as it allows me to quickly remove the hair. I have never had a drain clog on me.

In conclusion, thank-you for making such wonderful products and your customer service. Working with you and your staff has been a real pleasure. I would be happy to visit with anyone considering your products and share my experiences.
